DO I NEED TO BUY ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT TO BE ABLE TO USE IT?
No! That’s the beauty of augmented reality, the equipment is already in your pocket. Any smart device can be used to access our AR experiences
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Our augmented reality solutions can be surprisingly affordable starting at under £2000 but a full scale gold standard AR or VR experience can be anywhere up to £50-60k
IS IT A ONE OF PRODUCT OR WILL IT HAVE AN ONGOING COST?
We use a variety of pricing models to suit our clients budgetary needs. A subscription model or technical support agreement will incur a monthly cost and annual platform hosting fees are payable for larger projects. Small bespoke projects will be paid in full at the development stage with no additional costs
DO YOU PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT IF WE EXPERIENCE DIFFICULTIES WITH THE PRODUCT? AND WILL THIS INCUR EXTRA COSTS?

Any links to websites or data capture forms provided by Enlighten will be fully GDPR compliant. Any links provided by clients will be assumed to be GDPR compliant but the onus will be on them to verify this prior to providing the information to us.
